We do not but strongly suggest you consider Allianz Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insurance.  Especially if your booking 2 or mor months in advance.  It protects your rental especially in the no refund (30  days’ or less) window.  Or if you need to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances.
